Suggestions for repairing an impacted tone pot on a semi-hollow?

I’ve got a D’angelico semi-hollow electric that’s took a hit to one of the pots, breaking some wood and pushing the pot into the body.

Not sure on the fix for this and can’t find anything online, all suggestions welcome!

What is access like to the inside of the guitar ? Is it like a regular 335 F hole type situation?

  Yes, only access is through the F hole
