  “Here’s a quick check-in on the two guitars I’m currently working on.
  The bodies are getting ready for binding(arm bevel too!), while the neck is in the middle of headstock design.
  For the tiger-patterned guitar, I’m planning to inlay Jakho-do (Korean tiger-and-magpie painting) with mother-of-pearl.
  The other one—featuring the “Goblin Wardrobe” motif—will be inspired by Korean creatures like Dokkaebi, Haetae, and even the Red Devils(Supporters for Korean National Football).

  The headstock is based on a Korean gat hat silhouette—simple, but with a subtle curve to set apart from the rest. The back side matches the body and is shaped like a rice scoop. Why? Because this guitar is for those who work hard to eat and feed—just like sharing a warm bowl of rice.

  The body cutaway curves inward at the top plate, creating an incredibly elegant and sexy shoulder line—but more on that next time.

  My goal on esthetics for my guitar is that even a passing dog would say, “That’s so “Oriental!”” (I don’t think Oriental is a derogatory word. Bring it back!)

  I’ve been building up on these shape and design since 2019, and with cultural waves like K-Pop Demon Hunters rising in 2025, I feel like I can groove to this one-
