Good call. It seems mostly like an issue with the dye I would imagine. I’ll hit them up and see what they say.

Good morning folks –
I am working on a guitar right now using Angelus dyes and Mohawk lacquer. I used two light coats of the “coffee” colored dye and, after drying, moved to Mohawk Sanding Sealer, Lacquer, and then Matte Lacquer to give it the final desired finish.
What’s odd is that after staining it, when the body dried, it looked more olive…
