Owner, CEO, President, lone repair dude, janitor, cat wrangler, payroll clerk, shipping/receiving manager, dog doorman, douchebag frontman denier, receptionist, R&D manager, bouncer. I worked in their Madison, TN location in guitar repair for an exhausting, soul crushing, 1 year and 6 months. It should have been a great experience but it was a complete shit show. But, I met a lot of great people who sought me out after I achieved escape velocity and are still my loyal customers to this day. Silver linings,man. Quit after 14 years to pursue guitar repair full time.
