Thanks for your help! I can order the switch and get measurements of the hole spacing and blue square part spacing. I know the button is just shy of 11/32″ wide and has a square female hole inside to accept the blue square switch button. Would that be enough info?

9 times out of ten these issues aren’t the software it’s the CNC itself or order of operations. Something might be binding on your machine causing one of the 3 axis to be out of whack. Im assuming you homed the machine first too.

Really depends on the player I think. I just about exclusively use stainless on all fretting jobs and have yet to have complaint.

It’s just not worth wasting a body blank over and ensures me an error free route. I take off small bits of wood only and take it careful where grain direction changes. If you save body off cut pieces of the same thickness they work great to ensure your router won’t tip too.

I had a guitar I built once that the rod was just loose enough to resonate on one string and it sounded like string buzz. Just a thought since you’ve tried everything else it sounds like.

I would suggest starting here: https://chasingguitars.com/bigsby-vibrato-upgrades-you-might-consider/
I had a customer with similar issues and once installing these upgrades it played perfect. I can’t see the saddles being used either on that bridge but grooved ones work best.

I like to use ZPoxy thinned just a smidge with denatured alcohol on the second and third coats.

Yes I do, I use Vinyl sealer under nitro and have never had a problem. You can order it straight from Mohawk for a lot cheaper. It’s also the supplier StewMac relabels.
