Ouch…I won’t ask! This guitar actually has too much back bow and needs to be loosened, so that could be a plus. Will definitely still be proceeding with caution 😅

Whoops! Forgot to update this: turned out the part the truss rod adjustment tool fits onto was already broken. The customer was able to get a refund from the shop that sold it to him like that- always surprises and frustrates me that people won’t disclose that sort of information!
