2 pc maple neck with an ESP style banana shape I copied when a customer came in with one for a setup so i made a template off of his & I used ash for the body. we are doing a guitar show in Miami next sunday so i’ll be bringing this one out for that…

Just a Rant...
Even after so many years of doing frets & no matter how much you try to slot every slot the same depth there is always one fret thats just a total asshole..

My first boss used to always say, “if it was easy, everyone would do it.” I never found that information particularly helpful.

yesterdays zoom call on flake was pretty cool, ive got a few dozan flake jobs under my belt. i do things very similar to what Mr Gregg was saying however no need to polyester sealer as primer urethane 2k is like liquid bondo. this guitar was just complted.
2 sessions of primer sand 220 inbetween. body is mahogany so it was pourus
3 coats…

alder body, roasted flame maple neck with a pale moon ebony board. dimarzio pickups and gotoh tremolo..the big green button on bottom horn is a kill switch lol
