Does anyone one know if a 1964 Chet Atkins has knubs on the frets, or the frets filed back to the fret board and then bound. Or do the originals have the frets over the binding. Couldn’t find a clear picture anywhere.

It looks like they had nibs. Most look like they’ve had fret jobs and nibs removed but these pics clearly show nibs…….
