I know I asked this before but forgot. What do I have to do to order something from the “Shops” page. I enter my email address and PW but I am refused and it asks for another email address.

I am trying to check on an order from the store but when I put in my login and password (the same I use on this account) it refuses to log me in. Why do I have to re-login at various places on this site?

Sorry, but the store and this website are on different servers for better performance. I can both send a password reset on the other site if you need it and I can reach out to the person about your order. Which order number was it ?
