Hi again, also, worth checking if the gap gets bigger under tension. If there is movement, then I would definitely take it all apart. If not then it may be more of a cosmetic repair.

Yes, the dowels were already there. I had to put a taper of rose wood under the fingerboard that is on the body to get an angle back.
