Here is an excel spreadsheet you can use to find a radius from the chord length (think the segment across a fretboard or guitar top) and the height of the arc (the elevation of the fretboard or guitar top from the base).

How to get a perfectly square neck alignment using the LMII/O'Brien jig
I attach my necks using the LMII/O’Brien jig. No matter the method, there is no guarantee that the neck block and edge of the rim at the top is truly perpendicular to the centerline of the guitar.<u5:p></u5:p>

But now I take a long square, place it on the rim at the neck block…

Wolf "buzz"/sitar effect
A couple of weeks ago there was a post about a B string that was buzzing when fretted at several locations on the fretboard. I theorized (boldly) that perhaps a pinch at the nut was causing the problem by creating two points of contact, but promised to try to contact Trevor Gore (who, unlike me, would actually know what he was talking about)…

Lee Valley FYI
Got a letter (a month after the fact) from Lee Valley Tools that they got hacked and their customer card payment data (yep ALL of it including the CVV) got stolen. If you did a CC transaction with them from last Oct to mid-March your card data is available on the dark web. Nice.

The answer to your first question is yes.
Eccentricity at only the top and bottom of the arcs makes me wonder if your post processor is perhaps interpreting the arcs incorrectly (assuming your circles are properly drawn arcs showing only the nodes necessary to create a perfect circle). Are you sure you are using the latest/greatest post…
