I was having adhesion issues on my Ender 3 after about 18 months of flawless printing. The culprit for me was the coating on the bed and I read from other users that this is a common issue. Perhaps this is the case with your setup as well. To remedy things, I flipped my glass bed over (texture side down, now) and every print I now make, I first give the bed a light coat with a glue stick. Windex on some paper towel dissolves the glue in short order for clean-up between prints. I’ve not had an adhesion issue since.
