• Am I the only one who has had issues with Stew Mac orders over the last year or so? For most of my career they were the gold standard in order fulfillment, customer support etc.

      They still stand behind their products unlike any other company I can think of but…I’ve had mistakes on orders, being sent the wrong items, doubling up on items and now, having an order seemingly in limbo since May 28th.

      I’ve reached out to support and assume I’ll hear from them tomorrow but…something seems amiss in their order fulfillment process.

      Oh…and I miss the phone number to call and talk to a person but that’s the luddite in me.
