J-45 collapsed top

This came in today and ideally needs to be on stage saturday night.
According to the player, nothing happened with the guitar; but it is a touring guitar…
The X brace is loose and broke off at the end.
The top collapsed, and with a straightedge inline with the centerline, the deepest point is about 0.1100” (3mm).
I can flex the top back into position, but are there things I should be aware of – doing it in such a short time?
