This one isn’t fully tested yet, I’ve used it a little. The Fusion Model is included in the Zip file if you want to mess with it.
This is for the cheap Chinese Robosanders. The drums never seem to fit right, they are maybe a tiny bit too soft and they spin on the sander.
I have two version here, one with a wedge to hold the sandpaper and one that’s just a full body.
I think the nice thing is you can print multiples of these and have them for different grits, they come off and on pretty easily. I think I might print these in PETG for heat tolerance (?).
I may do some mods on these at some point but they seemed to work ok.
If the paper slips getting a tiny piece of tape in between seems to get it pretty stuck. You can just destroy the paper when you want to take it off. You may need to play with the diameter +-.001 or so to get it to fit right.
