Here is a little LED light holder that can clip to your optivisor. It fits the Olight mini 2 light, the same that goes on Buck’s air router base, so you might already have one.

Print the clip on its side, the ball post stands up and the light holder straight up, with the ring on top. It should all just print fine without supports, although you may want to add a brim for better adhesion to the plate since the parts are so small. See picture below.

You also need a M3 x 8mm screw with a tapered head, or something similar. The screw couples the clip to the ball post, and it threads directly into the plastic.

I printed in PETG, .20mm layer height, but I guess any filament will do. In case the light holder was a bit too loose on the joint, just scale up the post by a tiny bit and it will be just fine!
